  • I don't think they'll not grant the waiver, but a penalty could possibly turn the win into an encumbered win, meaning it wouldn't count for playoff eligibility. Whether or not they actually do that remains to be seen.

I imagine Logano will just get a "don't do that again" fine.

Siegel to replace Pourchaire starting at Laguna Seca
  • The ride never ends.

Pretty terrible to do that to Pourchaire after he committed to backing out of Super Formula.

  • Arrow McLaren ends partnership with JHR
  • It's a bit of a shame. I'd love to root for JHR as a David fighting against the Goliaths that are the other big IndyCar teams, but they make it really hard to like them sometimes, particularly over the past two seasons.

  • Cindric, Ruzewski among four suspended by Penske amid P2P scandal
  • Newgarden's going to have a fun time in the 500 this year I guess

  • Newgarden and McLaughlin disqualified from St. Petersburg
  • Long Beach in particular was really good, with multiple viable pit strategies and a pretty down-to-the-wire finish.

  • IndyCar sets Thermal race format
  • Feels a bit overly-complicated, but I'm willing to give it a chance

  • "HIGHSPEED Étoile" New Key Visual, PV
  • I'm not sure why they decided to make an anime to cater to me specifically, but I'm down for it

  • IndyCar revises restart procedure for new season
  • Probably a good thing considering what a disaster IndyCar starts and restarts tend to be in general.

  • "BanG Dream! Ave Mujica" Sequel TV Anime Slated for January 2025
  • Based on my feelings on MyGO ep. 13, I feel like the Ave Mujica anime will be less engaging to me than the MyGO anime was. But I also wasn't initially very excited for MyGO and it ended up being one of my favorite anime ever, so I'm more than open to being proven wrong.

The recap movies seem like they could be cool. I think my only real complaint with MyGO is that Raana wasn't especially relevant throughout most of it, so I'm very interested in seeing her get more focus.

  • IndyCar terminates license agreement with Motorsport Games
  • I'm hoping iRacing's NASCAR game manages to actually be good, and if it is, hopefully they can grab the Indycar license.

  • What's the greatest (non-mecha) sci-fi anime?
  • I'd consider "A Certain Scientific Railgun" sci-fi-ish; it was my first real entry into anime and is still one of my favorite anime ever.
