You might like look into #WinterCities. The whole point is to get city dwellers to be #outside; in the winter.
@maggio Nevertheless, it's a worthy initiative. At worst, it's a placebo. At best, those parking in the bike lane are convicted. At least authorities will notice all the emails and get the message that a problem exists.
