I highly recommend you save up more. In terms of pianos, starting off with a quality piano is quite an important factor. Aim for at least around the price of a Yamaha P45 for a first piano. More is better, though.
The Korg B2 is another popular choice for beginners. Never tried one myself so I can't say much past that.
Generally, any quality digital piano such as the ones you've been looking at will last quite a few years, given that you care for it properly.
Edit: About maintenance, there's hardly much you'll have to do beyond just cleaning the pianoand making sure not too much dust accumulates (I recommend just covering the keybed with a large sheet) Issues with the internals should be taken back for potential warranty claims.
Opinions on Pale Court
For those who've played or seen the Pale Court DLC, what do you think of it? I've found the bosses really engaging as they actually pose a challenge for once, I'm glad they didn't make them any easier.
This community will likely stay pretty small for a while, so I'm sure a lot less mod work would be needed here.
