  • @willaful @romancelandia @romancebooks Oh gosh, I try never to go back to those older books. I tried to re-read a Betty Neels (who I loved) & I couldn't. But at least it wasn't as bad as the old Presents ... talk about misogynistic. All they did was teach you that a man could be verbally & emotionally abusive, but you can fall in love with them anyway.
