So, what gun control would have stopped the Kansas City shooting?
  • Mate, here's a great example of you intentionally pissing everyone off. Look at how much effort you put into the comment, you got sources and everything. But you're still managed to piss everyone off, while maintaining a thin facade of civility. We can see past it at this point, you aren't here to discuss or anything, just to troll.

    A try-hard troll is still a troll.

I'm still going to let peepin make the final decision, but I fully recommend a ban.

Prestigious academic publisher adds DEI requirements for peer-reviewed submission.
  • I've been thinking about this.

I'm not sure that it not being binding is super telling. He explained that he was getting rejected without getting reviewed, and the people he linked were all DEI affiliated. It seems like a logical conclusion to me.

Can you link something that backs you up? NTB posts some stuff that doesn't often get covered by other news outlets. They might not be up to your standards, but they seem to be pretty good.

In any case, it's a right-wing site, posting with a right-wing bias. That's what this sub is all about.

Meet your new mod team account

Full disclosure, this was made because my mod actions aren't federated to places I'm banned. This account isn't banned anywhere, so federation shouldn't be a problem.

Goes without saying, this mod account is only going to be used for moderator actions.

(Also, I've created a bug report on github, hopefully this gets fixed soon. https://github.com/LemmyNet/lemmy/issues/4409 )
