On the Maqui I found myself going back and forth on if they were justified. Truly what I love about star trek writing. Section 31 is unhinged in my view. The organization seems very cult of aristocracy like to me as 31 will go after whoever it believes is a threat. I guess my issue is starfleet operates with the intention of being open about its operation. I'm assuming we're just supposed to accept that 31 is led by someone/group that will at least not go fascist to coup the federation or other governments
