The summer anime season is almost upon us as the spring season is wrapping up. As mentioned last season, there will be a thread like this just before each season starts to allow you to request which shows you want the bot to create threads for. For your convenience:

Hi everybody! I hope that you have been able to sort out your winners and losers for the season so far. As we head into the next week, many shows are going to be on episode 3 at this point. This means many of them might not get a discussion post if people haven't commented on the episode 2 thread.

Please use this thread as a dumping ground for all your anime questions, thoughts, recommendations, etc.

Another week of the year is in the books which means we get a new general discussion thread. Feel free to use this thread to talk about what you have been watching lately, questions about a series you didn't understand, recommendations for what to watch next, or any number of things. A couple examples to get your brain gears turning:

• What anime character this season has the best facial hair and why is it Denken?
• Konami is making their own anime? If you enter the code in the player, do you get the uncensored version?
• I saw that Maomao was on the cover of the Japanese Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare magazine. What do you think the next anime character used by the Japanese government will be? Perhaps Ai Hoshino for the Japanese Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology?

Welcome to the second ever general discussion thread for our burgeoning community! I have been incredibly pleased at the quick growth in the number of usernames I have seen engaging with the community as well as the number of submissions being made. Thank you everybody for contributing and making this community great!

Like always, this is the thread in which you can say what you want or ask about any anime-related topic you desire! Excited about the live-action adaptation of Yu Yu Hakusho? Interested in the teased anime series for Terminator and/or John Wick? Want to tell everybody about your theory explaining how Baccano! is actually a critique of capitalism? Well, this is the thread! Let it rip and have fun!

Just make sure to tag your spoilers! If you forget, then I will have to shout "It's Moddin' Time" and mod all over this thread.
