Starship launch attempt Friday!

Elon Musk says that approval to launch should happen in time for a Friday launch.

Note that he didn't specifically say this Friday, just "a Friday". :)

However, all signs currently point to November 17th as the current target.
- He actually didn't say when it would happen. He just said they would probably have the license by Friday.
The licence has been approved, the NOTAM and marine warnings published, closure announced.
- This might happen Friday!
