You've also gotta make sure to cut the flowers off before the seeds spread. That's how I ended up with them in my rock garden.

My neighbor planted lemon balm in her small garden bed- now it's all lemon balm and has spread around the strata gardens. Anything in the mint family has to be contained, or soon it will be all you have.
