No disrespect to Sweden (ok, some background disrespect but that's just because I'm Danish so it's mandatory), but the Norwegian part is potentially much bigger news:
In spite of being a luxury car that most people in most countries can't afford, it was actually the best selling of all cars in Norway at least one year. Losing access to that kind of market would be devastating to Tesla even with as small a population as Norway has.
For now at least, they are only talking about blocking teslas bound for Sweden ensuring that Tesla can’t get around the problem with importing via Norway. So far there isn’t any talk about blocking cars sold to Norwegians, so it shouldn’t have any direct impact on teslas sold there.
