Does it seem to have plot, or to operate like real-world scenarios (kinda random, not crazy), or more like a fever-dream?
I like to run a sandbox campaign, also known as a point crawl, where there's a general goal and factions but players can interact and manipulate stuff to solve the goal in their own way.
