Of course you can’t. Where does one find this deal?
- On Taobao. Not sure if you can order this from outside of China though, some sellers allow it, others don't afaik.

What's an LEP?
- Laser Excited Phosphor. These emitters have an extremely high intensity, which allows for a very narrow beam with high range and no spill.
  
  Honestly I have absolutely no use for it. But it's very fun.
