Weird 500 error

Well it looks like in addition to the 500 error for the post that the favicon for lemmy.world cannot be found either. I've been seeing lots of 500 errors though on my instance as well as others since 0.18.5 (I'm running the 0.19.x version so I expected it on my instance).
