This website has a lot of information and topics about 3D printing. The article in particular is on 3D scanners. It breaks down a lot of options by several factors including cost. Unfortunately, I don't have a 3D scanner yet so I cannot recommend anything based on my personal experience.
Clough42 on YouTube did a video recently where he scanned his Lathe into Fusion360 using an Einstar 3D Scanner. Listed at $959 USD on Amazon so it might be a good baseline starting point in your research.
if your phone has a lidar imager on it, you might find some 3d printed scan table things would be adequate. while I've not printed the table yet.... I've tried most the apps and found them underwhelming.
