Nice work. Wiring, get mainsail up and running (if you're going that route), update your printer.cfg, and you'll be pretty close. I haven't done much tuning yet (I've been focusing on finishing the build), but mine is printing pretty well with only e-steps and flow rate tuned. There's opportunity to improve quality (and speed!) more, but it's really pretty good using the stock super slicer profile.
I've already found some things I want to address: a higher capacity spool holder (I like 3 kg spools), but I'm confident that the printer will get to a pretty stable spot fairly soon.
