Amazon has become a modern day equivalent to the Argos catalogue for me. I don't buy from it but I browse it to look at what kind of thing I want to buy then I get it from somewhere cheaper.
Most likely Bezos thought he heard Rossmann saying something about bald people and reported it to Amazon.
