Been suffering from diabetes since last year. It's a pain in the ass for me, which is especially bad in gaming since I get tired easily, my aim is now much slower compared to say during my heyday in COD Mobile.
I decided to start slow since it's pretty bad now, I'm not sure how long I need to start slow, maybe one month ig?
Daily walking is a good start. Also look into versions of pushups and rows where you're semi vertical to reduce initial body strain while cns gets used to the movements. Body squats are good too, but make sure that you understand form for those, easy to make mistakes that damage your knees.
I'm gonna second daily walking. It's one of the best low-intensity workouts anyone can do without equipment and has a lot of mental health benefits, too.
Walking and a stationary arm bike are both great places to start. Strength training is also a good idea for diabetes, bigger muscles can take up more glucose.
Maybe you can do something like this? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KBBMg6Aci4Q Start very, very slow on the squats and lunges if you're deconditioned. You don't have to go all the way down when you're just starting out.
