I do not want to sound elitist here but doesn't having a basic qualification in the domain a requirement for posting. How was it never in the rules? Pipelines definitely needs a lot of maintenance and monitoring. How come in technical folks were allowed to be in charge of this.
- I am sure there are rules, just that nobody enforced them here..
