Additional points from me:

1. Jugra seems to be a corruption of the name Tanjung Kera. Say it fast 20 times → Jugra.
2. Bandar Temasya was the royal capital of Selangor during the Selangor civil war. The previous royal capital was Kuala Selangor and the next one is Klang.
3. The Jugra channel was dug by Americans, connecting the swampy inlet of Jugra River to the Langat River. Frank Swettenham narrates how there was much fanfare by locals of Bandar Temasya seeing Langat River pouring out with much force through the newly opened channel since it's a shortcut to the sea compared to the old channel. Now most of the river volume flows through Jugra channel.
