9gag in fediverse

Does a 9gag alternative exist that is in the fediverse (with ActivityPub)?

I guess a PixelFed instance addressed to meme makers would be the closest to 9gag
- I think that is more of an Instagram alternative than it is a 9gag one.
  
  What's the difference between Instagram and 9gag functionally? I get that 9gag is about memes and Instagram is about everything but mostly people.

  I think the other comment got it right. The difference between Instagram and 9gag is its audience, technically they're almost identical.
