I had a few lucid dreams growing up but my constant nightmares really kicked me into lucid dreaming every night. One night I just got sick of how scared I was and stated fighting back with whatever power I could manage. Now I can control most things fairly easily.
I used to have nightmares when I was a kid, back in grade school in the late 80s
At some point it occurred to me that I was just dreaming and could take control, so I did
I was following a youtuber that talked about magic trick, and I found an old video of him that talked about LD, and I started researching about it, last year I had two dreams.
Two weeks I started trying again, but i couldn't have one so far (except the ones i had last year). Would appreciate some help ;) .
Yeah, I'm actually pretty bad at that, when i write something on my dream journal, its just the last moment of the last dream of the night. I hope that by writings things down I'll be able to remember more and to have more vivid dreams in the future. I'm watching Beluga (Eplore Lucid Dreaming) guides, do you think his tutorials are good?
It's a skill that can be trained! Hopefully with a little time we can start posting guides, tips and answering questions. For now I'd say a good start is trying to remember your dreams. Keeping a dream journal helps greatly (write the dreams in whatever level of detail you find comfortable).
