Because we don't have flairs here (at least not yet), I thought it would be fun to know :) I'm 4th kyu

  Just asking out of curiosity, how long did it take for you to get to 4 kyu?
  
  Started judo in 2017, got 4th kyu in 2020 right before COVID popped off, had a kid in 2021 but this year I've been getting back to practice regularly so hoping to test for sankyu at the end of this year.

I'm also 4th kyu! Green belt in USJA.
- Green? How do the belts go in there? Where I'm from 4th is orange. Possibly getting green (3th) belt in autumn :)
nikyu, just need 2 more ippons in comp for promotion. But I'm getting my wrist fixed next month so delays.

Shodan, just got promoted in December. Then I broke my leg in January and am still healing.
