Nazi flags can fly in Utah schools, but not pride flags, GOP lawmaker says
A new bill would allow for Nazi and Confederate flags to be displayed in Utah schools and government buildings, but pride flags would be banned.

The justification for the Nazi flags:
âThere is a difference between displaying flags in curriculum when youâre teaching on them,â he said. âYou donât censor history here. Thatâs not what weâre doing.â

Why would you need to display the Nazi or Confederate flag? A picture in a history book should be enough. I would have walked out of class if either of those flags were unfurled in my history classes.
