Name I most saw connected to the image is Maria Kirilenko, a tennis player, didn't find anything more explict if that's what you were hoping for.
Far as I can tell this is Neda Marcinkonytė. IG handle marcinkonyte_ There is no direct link between the photoshoot from OP and her IG, but it's the closest I've found and when you search that name there are photos from this and others that link the name to the woman.
