I suspect that, Trump's people being homophobes and Nazis, they (1) still think HIV is a "gay disease" and (2) are trying to kill as many LGBTQ+ people as they can.
In short, yes.
They ripping down anything that discourages procreation.
I have been following the efforts of groups online to download the government and it seems like they are getting the job done. I hope backups are made.
