I Don't know If I can or should ask this here, but can Someone do something, anything, about the toxicity in the AI-Chats'

I'm a newer user to Perchance... Have only been using since December, however in that short time I've fallen in love with both the generators and the chats extensions with real people at the bottom...

However since about late December I have found it really hard to enjoy the aforementioned chats due to a group of people who seem to be Deadset of making a "there Pedo's in the chat" everyone's problem... they shout at people who don't even know what there talking about, okay... Just go to another chat; These people actively look for chats, at first they were only on the chat under AI-chat, but they've decided to jump to the chat under AI-RPG and start yelling at people there.

I have no idea if anyone here can deal with this problem; but after being subjected to these people (Because it's all the same group of people) for about a month I've had enough and want Something... ANYTHING to be done.

  • It's a problem with the philosophy of open communities that can only be solved with worse problems, I'm afraid, and I'm speaking as a former moderator, for over 5 years, of a game channel with 10,000+ users in it at any one time.

I don't use perchance's chat feature, but I'm certain you could figure a way to import your own chat frame into the generator. For example, start an IRC channel and import it in, with you and trusted users as the ops, and then ban the IPs of the gross people/Trump supporters/pedophiles.

  • okay this is a easy one. here i even made a gif that demos how easy it is. step 1. see a comment you do not wish to see. step 2. there is a small flag đźš© click it. step 3. choose to report and then block or just block. after about a week of doing this you will find most of the users who you do not want to see anymore will be gone. is it perfect no its not, there are ways around this but the best advice i could give is - do not engage with these people block them and if you see them come back continue to block.

you could always just fork the page and have a private version to yourself.

here a link to demo the block feature. https://files.catbox.moe/57ywjq.mp4
