Its finally happening??
Wayland is essentially finally done, all the time and effort spent on the great transition will be remembered.
Now we move forward, past what x11 could ever do, and onto greatness. It only took like 17 years.
edit: I guess there's still accessibility work to be done, though.
I knew 2025 is gonna be the year of the linux desktop

Basically waiting on some implementations to get ready to merge if I'm reading it right.
I hope we see some evidence of those governance changes this year
