Former President Jimmy Carter is scheduled to lie in repose at the Carter Presidential Center in Atlanta until 6 a.m. EST Tuesday, with the public able to pay respects around the clock.
I'm Canadian and a liberal left leaning politically. I have my complaints about the US, US government and US politicians, however I always appreciated President Jimmy Carter.
It's an historical event and one that doesn't happen often during our lifetimes.
I was wondering how many of you in the US and in the world are watching.
