Octopus are now on week 13 out of an estimated 6 weeks to fix my IHD not being able to maintain a connection and constantly rebooting itself.
I keep getting updates every 2 weeks saying the engineers are still working remotely on my meter.
I know this is unrelated but I saw octopus and well I am somewhat annoyed at this point.

If it's just the IHD with problems, don't worry about it. Mine is in a drawer somewhere. It doesn't do anything.
1 0 ReplyI don’t know, but Octopus are no longer receiving smart meter data from me (and vastly overestimated my bill after I was away for a month).
I assumed the IHD was receiving data from the meters and pushing it to the account, is that not how it works?
