EDIT: Poor troubleshooting on my part. I missed the part in the dmesg about missing the firmware. I installed the firmware through AUR and everything works as it should. I need to be better than this .....
Okay, so I am ready to tear my hair out over this one. I've followed the Arch wiki to the letter and none of my devices are being discovered. The dmesg command shows my internal bluetooth adapter and blueberry recognizes the adapter. What gives? I don't know where to go to troubleshoot from here. Any ideas are welcome.
So, there's not a lot of information here, but on the off chance that your environment is exactly the same as mine (Desktop with on-board bluetooth controller) make sure your included "WiFi antenna" that came with the motherboard is plugged in. It's also the bluetooth antenna and devices won't connect if it's not attached.
Otherwise, please provide more information, like hardware config, logs, installed packages, running services, etc.
Thank you for your reply and apologies for the dumb question. I did some further and more careful digging into it and I needed to add some firmware via AUR. Once I did that, everything worked as it should.
Is the Bluetooth showing up at all? I remember a work around I found was to shut the computer down completely unplug it from the power supply and then hold down your power button for 30 seconds to hard reset the computer than start the system up and you should have Bluetooth
