A judge has granted permission to lawyers for Derek Chauvin to have samples from George Floyd examined as part of the former Minneapolis police officer’s efforts to challenge his conviction on a federal civil rights charge stemming from Floyd’s death in 2020.

Well, since he sure as fuck wouldn't have died then if there wasn't an asshole on his back for a disgusting amount of time while the man was begging and saying he couldn't breathe, IDGAF if he had underlying conditions.
Had Mr Floyd been treated properly, he may well have died later. He may have died in a week, a year, or a decade. But he sure as fuck would not have died in the street with a shit cop on his back
