Absolutely brutal… sounds like she also strangled him and bit him and struck him multiple times to ensure he was dead.
There should be a law against that
- I don't think that xmas lights should be outlawed
  
  though I personally think putting up christmas lights in october should be a felony, this article doesn't contain the word "christmas."
  
  I'm pretty sure they were normal household lights.
