Sam Bond's is closing after almost 30 years. I feel like this is one of the most iconic closures since Max's.

Well, that's just sad. I never particularly liked Sam Bond's, but that neighborhood won't feel the same without it.
Damn, one more blow to make that neighborhood completely unrecognizable.

Bingo at Sam Bonds was a staple activity back in the day.
