I think it is supposed to be pikelets, so that's really on me. I presume picklets are some sort of pickle pikelet hybrid. Maybe a version of okinomyaki, which would be pretty awesome. Just not with cream and maple syrup 🤣
Pickle pikelets is doable, as there are recipies for gherkin filled cheese scones. They are very yum. Particularly with bacon or peanut butter on them.
