He'll disclose about as quickly as he released his tax returns.
Carter put his peanut farm, or whatever it was, in a trust. The orange bad would never think of doing something to shield himself from corruption. It's his oxygen.
If in some alternate reality he did disclose his health records and they showed that he was healthy nobody in their right mind would believe them.
