Just a general reminder, there is no legal reason to have a filibuster. There is no philosophical or theoretical good a filibuster can do. If the Dems do maintain a majority and don't get rid of the filibuster, they DON'T WANT to change anything.
The only thing is does is force bipartisanship on both parties, which may or may not be a philosophical benefit.
Not really it means the only thing that passes is the lowest common denominator items, like funding genocide and bailing out large corporations.
But big expansions would be tough: Even if Democrats defy expectations by keeping the Senate, a narrow majority may not be enough to override the filibuster on Harris' top priorities.
It's hilariously accurate that even if Democrats had a super majority they'd probably keep the filibuster in place just to keep from accomplishing anything serious.
If Democrats managed to pull out a super majority I'm sure we'd see continued investment into fracking, the firing of Khan, further clamp downs on unions and little progress on labor equity. Isreal would also get noticeably worse.
We'd probably get a national abortion rights law assuming the Supreme Court didn't rule it violates RANDOM_OBSCURE_LEGAL_THING_THAT_IS_NO_LONGER_RELEVANT. I'm sure they'll be fair jurists.
It might end up being different this time around:

much of the opposition to nuking the Filibuster was done by people with Respect For Senate Traditions, like Manchin, who are not running again.

Democrats that remain remember the shit McConnell pulled when he was majority leader, and are not as likely to have this Respect for Senate Traditions when they know Republican leadership will not hesitate to shit on those traditions if it suits them.

since Senate terms each cover 3 sessions of Congress, they are divided into three classes, where 33/34 Senators are in each class. Counting the independant seats, Democrats have 23 seats to defend in this Senate class. If they retain their majority this election, it will be easier to maintain over the next 6 years of their term as Republicans have more seats to defend than Democrats in the next 2 elections. They may be more willing to go full Nuclear if they don't have to deal with the fallout for a few years.
