Could just be that they're finally cracking down on brigading in general. It's not in Google's interest to have places be reviewed by people who haven't ever been there, so I could see them just automatically removing those.
I mean, Gigafactory Berlin (and Google itself) is trash, but it's not really in a review service's best interest to let users publish negative reviews for places the person has never been to.
There's probably some trigger that kicks in of x amount of people who aren't from the area write negative reviews about a specific place within a certain time frame that soft-locks reviews and says "this place is probably being brigaded."
This isn't even to get into whether or not controversies surrounding a building's construction are appropriate reasons for a review
Good a one star review with no comment or proof of anything is pointless. I'm glad they're trying to clean up the google reviews some.
Just to be clear on my stance: Fuck Tesla and Musk. I'm not a fan in general but getting rid of unhelpful reviews is good in my opinion, no offense intended.
