China EV maker Xpeng wants to start building cars in Europe, particularly in areas with 'low labor risks'
Xpeng could join other Chinese EV makers, including BYD and Chery, trying to use local production to minimize the effect of EU tariffs.

What does that mean? Is he looking for a Xinjiang-like region where they can minimize supply chain transparency to introduce forced labour?
