Ah, it's just the old Unix epoch bug. It must have read the file creation date as January 1, 1970.

Evidence suggests the 1899 transactions occurred as part of a global event centered around a deity associated with the lotus flower.

I imagine it's a video scheduled for future release, but you saw it as an edgecase (time zones?), so the "years ago" was probably negative one and wraps around to half a century.
