I’m sorry to say I don’t have any advice to help find others, but I will warn against trusting dating apps. I’ve read multiple stories of people getting catfished and beat up or even arrested for being queer. Good luck out there. For what it’s worth this internet stranger hopes you safely find what you’re looking for.
Someone actually recomended datapps to me to find queers so thank you for this warning. Though I would skip them anyway because they're such a privacy nightmare.
They've been caught selling customer data to counter-interest groups which want to keep groups oppressed. E.g. the Christians are buying Grindr data to excommunicate people
