Hey I don't want to piss in anyone's cornflakes but can a game you get with Prime be called "free"?

I don't mind either way because I don't have prime and I never will because fuck Amazon, but I was curious
- You could sign up for the free trial of Prime, claim the game and cancel the trial. Unlike PS+ or Gamepass, the game is yours to keep even without the membership. Or so I understand anyway.
  
  I'm not here to argue but I was serious when I said fuck Amazon. I don't want to impose my ideals on others though, live and let live and such.
  
  Was just curious what passes as a free game when you need an active subscription to redeem this
- It's more "included in Prime subscription".
