Jean-Pierre Kahane, an excellent matematician and a communist

Thanks for this link. I've met Kahane in name mostly, thanks to the obituary he wrote about J L Massera, a mathematician from my country (who was also a communist). It's always nice to learn more from mathematicians that are not only commited to mathematics but also to society.
