What kind of sushi are they. I see what looks like toro and unagi but I'm not sure of the others.
What kind of sushi are they. I see what looks like toro and unagi but I'm not sure of the others.
Possible guess (top left to bottom right)
- Otoro (fatty tuna belly)
- Chutoro (mid fatty tuna belly)
- Crab meat
- Unagi (eel)
- Aji (horse mackerel)
- Sawara (spanish mackerel) not too sure about this one
I have the menu at home but I won't be back until thursday to confirm -- from memory, you came very very close
