The underlying cause for that click-baity title is that placement autorities do not care much about language barriers. Which in turn is a result of NEET, if I understand correctly. TN government has asked a few times for exemption from NEET but did not succeed. The BJP appointed TN governor refuses to sign the TN NEET bill.
