The meeting grew tense after the Americans questioned an Israeli plan to evacuate more than 1 million Palestinian civilians from Rafah and house them in tents.
Reminds me of the ghettoes the Germans moved their undesirables into. Wonder what the next actual step of the Israeli plan is.
A tent city of 1.4 million people with no plans to provide food or sanitation strikes me as somehow even worse than a ghetto.

Nah. It's just how they debate. The yelling didn't mean they were angry. They were extremly friendly overall. This was a few years ago.
When asked I was also told that the younger generation saw less of a line between Israeli and arab. I think thier version of trump is in charge of their country right now. He is clinging to power by using the hate of the older generation and the extreme conservatives.
I can understand Ron's frustration. These stupid US officials are still pretending that they have to care for civilian casualties while everyone knows that they're doing Genocide by now.
