Cool! Wasn’t aware of this track. Definitely hear the influences on weezer
- yeah, Matt Sharp was in Weezer, he was their OG bassist, but left the band over creative differences with Cuomo and started The Rentals. Had this super hipster minor hit and poof - that was it.

This is one of my top 10 favorite albums of all time. It's SO good.
Thank you for posting this! I loved this song when it came out and nobody seems to remember it. IIRC it came out around the same time as Lump? Maybe it got lost among all the other good music that was out. I remember both were popular in my freshman year of high school.
