Which do you play the game more, with mods or vanilla?
If with mods, do you use a lot of them or only a few? What are your favorites?
Did my first playthrough with a few QoL mods, but I've recently started my 2nd playthrough which is heavily modded with actual new content.
I'm really enjoying all the new locations and NPC's
Content mods are fun, but also a lot to keep up with, esp if combined. I still have a few saves on the Switch that I go back to occasionally, my eventual goal is to 100% each farm map there.
I've mostly played it vanilla with my girlfriend on switch, but before we started dating I played a bunch on PC with mods. Love the tractor lol. Hope to build a new PC within the year and give my current one to my girlfriend so we can PC game together tho.
I got the game recently on Switch to play on the go, and got a few days in before I couldn't play anymore. Mods have spoiled me way too much. The amount of information you get from mods that show you were people are at in real time, what their preferred gifts are (and if I have them), checking bundles on the go, and mods like Automate, they have ruined me!

UIInfoSuite2I really like the Automate mod. There's a lot of pressure to get many things done in a day, especially with the game's accelerated time. I think that mod helps a lot.
The only mod i got is the one that helps you see where all peeps at, besides that nothing else.
I’ve only ever played on switch so never played anything but vanilla. I’ve been in professional school and just graduated so hoping to buy a gaming PC and stardew to try out SVE!
I play on mobile mostly. No mods sadly.
