It may be, but they still need Bethesda/Microsoft's permission to use Doom™ trademark. We're not in April and that's a legit commercial ads on their official channel.
Man, odd stuff always happens when the programming team hangs out with the boys in marketing.
Supposedly you will be able to play doom on the mower between April and September this year but they've already showed it off. At dreadhack this winter Husqvarna let people play doom on their mower.
