Most of them have focused more on TV shows and Netflix specials over movie deals.
I presume they are prioritizing artistic vision over Hollywood glamor.
YouTube and tickletack taking viewers, also harder to find talent as those talented think they can make it on their own on the Internet.
Edit: also there is no breakout hit sketch like there used to be. The closest I've seen as a reoccurring sketch is the please don't destroy guys and they have just made a movie. Can't have movies made if they don't have any good sketches.
