Is it possible to mark the communities you've subscribed to, when browsing all?
There are many communities using the same name on different servers. I don’t mind subscribing to duplicates, but I would appreciate an easier way to keep track of them.

yep... maybe display the name of subscribed communities in a different color?
Good idea! Another option is a heart icon next to the community name.
If we're going to do this, I recommend adding italics or picking a slightly desaturated color at least, just for the colorblind folks.
